Production Time & Fulfillment Origin Since every item at Roots & Paws Co. is custom-made just for you, please allow time for us to print and quality-check your order before it ships. To ensure the highest quality prints and fastest delivery times, all of our products are proudly custom-printed, packaged, and shipped directly from our primary fulfillment facilities located across the United States.
- Production Time: 2-3 Business Days. (During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 5 business days).
Shipping Costs We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We believe in transparent pricing, so we offer a simple shipping structure:
- Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $5.95 USD applies to all orders under $50.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50.00 USD qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Shipping Time Estimates (USA Only) Once your order leaves our facility, transit times are as follows:
- Transit Time: 5-7 Business Days (via USPS or UPS Mail Innovations).
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: From the moment you click "Buy" until it arrives at your door (Production + Transit): 7 - 10 Business Days.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Business Days Definition: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all US federal public holidays.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Roots & Paws Co. is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit (stuck for 10+ days without update), we will send a free replacement.
